Consultant, Brand & Communications
We are looking for a motivated candidate to drive and execute strategies that effectively promote the card product brand image and messaging to defined audiences. This involves owning the brand strategy and positioning and overseeing the creation of marketing campaigns, advertising materials and public relations initiatives that enhance the card and its propositions visibility.

In the role of a Consultant, you will join our Brand and Communications Team that’s doubling down on owning it.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Define and refine the brand’s mission, vision, values and unique value propositions to target audience segments.
- Strategic end-to-end planning, advice and execution of the brand and communication strategies including overseeing the development and execution of integrated campaigns that are aligned to business objectives.
- Maintain and evolve visual and verbal brand identity and ensure all communications align with the overall brand strategy, strengthening our brand with the customer and market.
- Monitor effectiveness of our brand and communications by analysing customer behaviour and market insights. i.e. KPI on awareness, sentiment, equity, etc.
- Act as the brand guardian and advocate across the business.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver and problem solve to meet business needs and project milestones.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies that benefit the team and project initiatives.
- Effectively manage risk, ensuring good attention to project governance.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in branding, communications and/or public relations related activities with project management skills.
- Strategic thinking and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge and understanding in product and commercial areas working with external partners, agencies and vendors.
- Strategic thinking and creative mindset to effectively communicate the brand message and product propositions.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to adapt to change appropriately, problem-solve and proactively take initiative to stay one step ahead.
- Highly developed stakeholder management skills and relationship led mindset to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes.
