Senior Consultant, Everyday Banking Segment Lead

In the role of Senior Consultant, Everyday Banking Segment Lead, you will join the Personal Bank Marketing Team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Drive & optimise the Everyday Banking go to market Campaign strategy and annual plan across Marketing
  • Drive strategic outcomes across the Value Chain and Marketing partners and manage a complex data environment and tech transformation delivery against business objectives to drive Deposits Growth by delivering best in class campaigns ATL
  • Distil business challenges into Marketing opportunities and lead the strategic direction of program design
  • Contribute to day-to-day stakeholder management and Marketing prioritisation expectations
  • Support quarterly planning including Value chain endorsement
  • Understand paid media performance distilling insights into actionable change/optimisations

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Proven track record in delivering strategic marketing plans to drive commercial outcomes
  • Commercial Acumen – understands how marketing adds value to the business, understands key marketing metrics and how to evaluate returns across paid media acquisition
  • Proven track record of campaign analysis, reporting and storytelling.
  • Proven experience in delivering aligned Media and Creative strategies to drive growth
  • Senior stakeholder management experience and ability to influence.
  • Proven ability in developing go to market plans to deliver on CVP, segments and messaging
  • Complex data systems and Marketing tech stack experience
  • Agency experience welcomed
