In the role of Program Director, you will join the Customer Home Lending Operations team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond and:
- Lead complex, high value projects to support the business strategic goals, investment platforms, regulatory compliance, digital transformation and operational efficiency
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while aligning with risk management and governance frameworks
- Lead, develop and manage diverse and specialised teams delivering medium to large scale projects
- Provide targeted communication to senior stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables and roadblocks
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive Project Management experience, preferably withing banking and financial services
- Experience leading and delivering large and complex programs of work
- Demonstrated knowledge in areas of program/project methodologies, agile, change management and technology delivery
- Effective communication skills with the ability to succinctly facilitate, present and lead discussions to drive enhanced outcomes
