Senior Business Banking Manager Diversified - Mornington VIC

  • You will pro-actively manage customer relationships and meet their needs by providing full Integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels
  • Full portfolio management via penetration of existing customers, acquisition of new customers and expense management.

Day to day you will:

  • Assess economic value and risk potential of new business
  • Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth
  • Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify new referral opportunities
  • Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market
  • Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans
  • Prepare and submit customer lending proposals

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Role holder is likely to be a highly experienced retail/business banker with a business-related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification (generally CA, PY, ACCA, MBA, CIB)
  • Likely to have experience within business banking and/or credit assessment of around 4-8 years.
  • Several years of experience will have been in relation to the specific segment of operation with a comprehensive understanding of business/ commercial practices, BFS products and services, with significant emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience
