Senior Business Banking Manager - Brisbane South and Gold Coast

In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, Brisbane South and Gold Coast, you will join a high performing team that is putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Develop, lead and execute business development strategy, for both existing and new to bank customers.
  • Work with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams in the preparation of business lending proposals, including obtaining and analysing business and industry information, and ongoing portfolio management
  • Initiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio
  • Support the delivery of the local area’s performance as measured through customer advocacy, financial metrics and employee engagement

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Substantial experience gained via working in a major financial institution in business banking and/or relationship management
  • Capability in building your own and enterprise brand in both internal and external markets.
  • A broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e-commerce solutions, and how these can assist customers to grow their business and operate efficiently and successfully
  • Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers
  • The ability to provide technical advice and guidance to customers and other banking departments regarding debt products and deal structuring
