Senior Manager Business Execution, Contact Centre

In the role of Senior Manager, Business Execution, Contact Centre you will join the NAB Contact Centre team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you will work go above and beyond to:

  • Be a strategic advisor providing expert thought leadership to the NAB Contact Centre team
  • Supporting to deliver key strategic priorities and business plans
  • Work to provide focus and drive the delivery of key divisional/business objectives 
  • Determine and run the team's operating rhythm
  • Championing customer and colleague satisfaction
  • Build trust with key stakeholders;
  • Proactively managing risk, policy and compliance requirements
  • Monitoring business performance and internal and external trends.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Experience leading large banking operational teams and/or change programs
  • Manage and co-ordinates organisational resources in a way that aligns with strategic plans
  • Manage and prepare fortnight and quarterly reporting
  • Builds strong relationships with leadership team and key stakeholders
  • Advocates for customers and ensure voice of customer is represented in all decisions
  • Strong commercial acumen to enable credibility when working with the business
  • Critical thinking and solutions mindset is essential for this role
  • Risk mindset to be able to assess and advise on key business decisions
