Consultant Performance Growth - Work in any capital city

  • As a Consultant in the Performance & Growth Team, you’ll bring a passion for data, insights, and analytical thinking to connect the big picture with the detail—identifying new growth opportunities, shaping strategy, and driving a high-performance culture. 

  • You’ll leverage an understanding of banking performance drivers, partnering with senior leaders to generate insights, influence decisions, and unlock commercial outcomes.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

  • Support the delivery of clear, actionable performance insights to help guide business decisions. 

  • Work closely with Senior Consultants and stakeholders across Personal Banking to turn data into practical outcomes. 

  • Support key strategic initiatives, including building Business Cases, completing research and linking initiatives to business strategy 

  • Assist in preparing performance updates, presentation packs, and business reporting, ensuring timeliness and accuracy 

  • Help coordinate regular business rhythms, including governance activities and leadership forums. 

  • Maintain and improve reporting tools and dashboards in partnership with Data & Analytics 

  • Collaborate with other teams in Specialised Distribution, including performance excellence and Orchestration teams.  

  • Proactively identify ways to improve processes and support broader team initiatives. 

  • Ensure risk and compliance requirements are embedded in day-to-day activities and reporting 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:   

  • 3+ years banking/finance/strategy experience 

  • Strong sequencing, planning, prioritisation, execution, communication and presentation skills. 

  • Well developed stakeholder management 

  • Attention to Detail 

  • Analytical Skills 

  • Communication 

  • Stakeholder Management 

  • Expertise with MS Office(Excel/PPT)
