Network Manager, International Payments

In the role of Network Manager, International Payments, you will be instrumental in ensuring we partner with global banking partners to move at speed and deliver simple, innovative and market leading international payments for our customers.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Strategically develop and implement network management roadmaps that position NAB as the premier choice for international payments
- Source and deliver innovative payment solutions that exceed internal product partner requirements ensuring an effective delivery of NAB’s International Payments Strategy
- Effectively build and maintain key relationships with internal teams, customer-facing divisions, and global banking partners to drive enhanced customer outcomes and efficiencies
- Ensure correspondent bank partners meet all regulatory requirements, proactively managing operational risks to ensure strict adherence to all policy and compliance requirements
- Manage controls and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified
- Develop a culture consistent with NAB Values, fostering engagement in your team, developing talent, and upskilling stakeholders with respect to correspondent banking
