As a Product Manager in the MyCards Cards Product  team, You’ll be responsible for shaping product strategy, managing day-to-day execution, and delivering compelling, competitive, and customer-focused value propositions whilst joining a team who are doubling down on customer obsession. 

 

In this role you will: 

  • Own and optimise the MyCard product portfolio, driving product strategy, execution, and day-to-day performance. 

  • Provide leadership to a high-performing product team, fostering engagement, development, and accountability. 

  • Define and evolve compelling value propositions that deliver profitability, customer satisfaction, and market differentiation. 

  • Lead the development of product pricing, offers, and feature strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs. 

  • Deliver key product initiatives, including technical enhancements and customer experience improvements, from concept to launch. 

  • Collaborate with Credit Risk, Data Analytics and Portfolio Management teams to design and deliver initiatives to drive sustainable growth managing risk and reward balance. 

  • Monitor customer feedback and NPS to identify actionable insights and drive continuous product improvement. 

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. 

  • Apply strong analytical and numerical skills to understand customer behaviour, assess risks, and identify product opportunities. 

 

What you will bring:   

  • Extensive experience in Financial Services, with a preference for Unsecured Lending. 

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess risks and identify opportunities. 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across business and technical teams. 

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and business drivers, with a focus on improving performance and outcomes. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. 

  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, influence, and guide teams. 

  • Experience leading change and driving innovation in dynamic environments. 

  • Strong operational execution skills, with a focus on delivering results and managing priorities effectively.
