Business Banking Account Manager

In the role of Business Banking – Account Manager, you will join the Business Banking team in Adelaide that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

In this Business Banking – Account Management role, you will:

  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and advocacy are achieved
  • Retention of customers
  • Referral to Business Banking Managers where opportunities are identified outside of role scope.
  • Ensure that account management plans are in place for all portfolio customers to drive deeper relationships and customer advocacy
  • Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate identified events, issues or breaches

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Knowledge and experience of lending processes and credit experience 
  • Experience in a customer facing role delivering service to customers
  • Business Banking experience
  • Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs
  • Understanding of risk obligations and knowledge of how to replicate compliance
