Consultant, Marketing Campaigns

In the role of Consultant Marketing Campaigns, you will join the Homeowner Marketing Team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Win in the right way, which is always putting our customers first ​
  • Join a team that’s agile and focused on best practice marketing campaign delivery while having fun and always learning at the same time
  • Plan, development, implement and optimise best in class end to end creative and content across the omnichannel media mix.
  • Implement creative and content campaigns across TV, Outdoor, Online Video, TikTok, Audio, Instagram, Facebook, Search, Internal owned and digital channels.
  • Leverage customer and market insights to develop and optimise segment specific creative.
  • Maintain and drive the relationship with all 3rd party creative agencies.
  • Report, analyse and optimise marketing campaigns to drive clear outcome-based results.
  • Maintain a “one-way, same way” approach to developing creative campaigns.

We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

You are a customer obsessed, and outcome focused marketer specialised in omni-channel creative and media campaigns who is passionate about all things marketing and customer that will bring;

  • Proven and demonstrable experience in marketing campaign experience across all omnichannel media channels.
  • Extensive experience in the end-to-end development of creative, content and media planning and implementation.
  • Creative Agency experience or prior experience in the Banking and financial industry
  • Senior stakeholder management experience
  • Commercial acumen demonstrated through your ability to understand performance outcomes and insights to make optimisations to drive results.
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or communications
  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence tools
