Manager - Execution and Performance

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: 

  • Ensuring efficient and high quality service. Create and maintain reporting across the product suite. 

  • Lead the way to optimise processes to ensure they are compliant with regulatory requirements and effective risk controls  

  • Positive customer interactions that accumulate to great customer experience in product onboarding and servicing  

  • Own the Quality Assurance, Capability and Process Improvement portfolio.  

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement with a focus on positive customer and colleague experience.  

  • Drive automation by implementing and/or enhancing robotics and AI to improve the straight through processing rates.  

  • Optimise internal operating policies and procedures to remove barriers to efficiency, reduce bottlenecks and time waste.  

  • Enhance team productivity and cultivate a positive team culture.  

  • Assist to forecast and prioritise budgeting of resources and tech uplifts.  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You will need: 

  • Ability to transform a team into a high engagement and effective team 

  • Sound understanding of operations and servicing demands. 

  • Experience in managing and building reporting through data and analytics. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving skills 

  • Ability to identify opportunities to simplify, improve and digitise customer and colleague processes 

  • Risk management experience including in depth understanding of management of reportable events 

  • Strong collaboration skills – get things done for customers and colleagues across the value chain
