Manager, Portfolio

  • Join the Term Deposits & Savings Product Team as a Portfolio Manager and be at the forefront of enabling the Business and Private Banking strategy.
  • Represent an enormous opportunity for stable deposit growth, with a highly visible 3-year transformation roadmap to deliver significant uplift to the customer experience.
  • Carry oversight of the entire Term Deposits & Savings product portfolio with a focus on Portfolio Strategy development

In the role of Portfolio Manager, you will join the Term Deposits & Savings Product team that’s doubling down on customer obsession! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Drive the development of the product portfolio strategy & roadmap with a 3-5 year horizon.
  • Report insights, including tracking of financial performance and key product metrics
  • Ensure portfolio readiness for major transformation programs, including strategy and process re-engineering
  • Own and executive against our platform integration & partnership strategy
  • Monitor product and digital capability developments and trends in the domestic and international markets for target industries.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Strong product experience in the Banking/Finance industry
  • Experience in strategic functions with strong analytical focus
  • Proven people leadership experience
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and adaptability
  • Well versed in stakeholder engagement/management with excellent communication and business writing skills
  • Understanding of banking data and payments integrations highly desirable.
