In the role of Agribusiness Manager 1, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness Team that’s doubling down on winning together!  

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

• Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of Agribusiness customers

• Provide tailored financial solutions to farmers and regional customers

• Build strong, long-term relationships across the community

• Identify opportunities to add value and drive sustainable growth

• Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio. 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: 

• Strong knowledge of the Agribusiness sector and regional markets within Banking and Finance
• Experience in relationship management and financial solutions

• A commercial mindset with a passion for helping businesses thrive

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commitment to delivering customer-first experience
