In the role of Business Banking Manager, Brisbane North Chermside, you will join Jose Da Silva and his team that’s putting the customers at the centre of everything you do.
Our team is looking for a Business Banking Manager, that has had lending experience for small to medium sized business customers $1 to $10M space. You will focus on managing a portfolio of well-established customers in growth mode, whilst growing strong referral sources, community links and new business partnerships, naturally you will be supported by a team of highly experienced bankers backing you as well!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Discover new business and referral prospects while building, expanding, and leveraging networks of internal and external contacts.
- Preserve and improve your portfolios credit risk profile while optimising profitability
- Launch initiatives to foster customer growth in the local market and execute annual business plans for your portfolio
- Work with internal specialists to best serve your customers
- Keep up with market trends, competitive offering and regulatory changes to offer strategic insights that can enhance client acquisition and retention efforts

- A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long lasting relationships
- Seasoned business banking and relationship management experience
- A genuine passion for customer service
- A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours
- Experience in lending and sound ability to read and interpret all aspects of customer financials.
