As the Senior Consultant of Organisational Effectiveness, you will work with the Organisational Effectiveness leadership team and partner with Domains to drive the evolution of the Domain Operating Model a key enabler of NAB’s Group Strategy ambition.

In the role of Senior Consultant, you will join the Organisational Effectiveness team that’s doubling down on keeping it simple.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Co-creating high-performing teams and adaptive ways of working that elevate our domain model—embedding customer-centricity, agility and continuous improvement at the heart of delivery.
• Owning and evolving the end-to-end delivery ecosystem, from tooling and governance to financial and risk processes—ensuring every cycle is streamlined, scalable and outcome-driven.
• Partnering with key delivery roles (i.e. Product and Engineering) to shape and prioritise the delivery tooling backlog—translating strategic needs into actionable enhancements that accelerate flow and reduce friction.
• Synthesising the current state and envisioning the future, identifying gaps and opportunities with clarity and foresight—so we can move from complexity to coherence.
• Influencing the organisational model strategy, ensuring delivery processes, tooling and flow are not just aligned—but optimised for speed, resilience and value.
• Ensure adherence to Operating model standards implemented by Domains- allowing for scalability within our guardrails.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Proven experience in delivering large scale transformation, ideally op model related, and at scale in a complex organisational environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise delivery and modern technology ways of working (i.e. Platform-mindset, DevOps).
• Experience in delivering end-to-end processes with consideration of various stakeholder needs (i.e. business and technology).
• Confident communicator and influencer to face in to  internal and external stakeholders.
