Customer Service Representative - NAB Connect

In the role of Customer Service Representative - NAB Connect, you will take ownership of customer issues and resolve them with urgency and care.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Assist our business customers with general enquiries in relation to online access to their products.
- Comfortably switch between different computer programs and tools while handling a minimum of 40 calls each day.
- Represent NAB on each call and demonstrate your customer obsession.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:??
- Proven experience consistently supporting and resolving customer enquiries to a high standard within a busy call centre environment.
- A professional level of maturity and patience to deal with a wide variety of valued customers and their queries while showing resilience and patience.
- Confidently manage several computer systems at once, effectively handling multiple tasks during complex customer calls.
- This role will require you to be flexible to work on a rotating roster Monday-Friday 7:30am-8pm and may include weekend shifts down the track.

- You may be invited to complete an online assessment and digital interview which includes video responses to scenario based questions which will be sent to you via email.
- If your application meets initial review, you will be required to attend an in person group assessment centre.
