As the Associate Director, Group Insurance you will be part of the Group Insurance team that’s doubling down on providing exceptional customer outcomes through strategic risk management.  

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

• Support the design and implementation of the annual insurance program. 

• Provide strategic and technical insurance advice to NAB’s global business units. 

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Group. 

• Support the management of insurance claims. 

• Gather and analyse insurance risk data to support decision-making. 

• Provide input to third party contracts.  

• Contribute to cross-functional projects. 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

• Previous experience in insurance, working on global insurance programs.   

• Strong technical knowledge of general insurance products and program design.  

• Sound understanding of insurance clauses in third party contracts and risk implications.  

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers and stakeholders.  

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills and a curious mindset.
