In the role of Senior Analyst, you will join the Market Operations team that’s doubling down on moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Produce accurate and timely internal and external reporting including reconciliations
- Review, maintain and update static data systems with customer information
- Provide support to the Manager, Foreign Exchange Transaction Control team and the broader leadership team if required
- Demonstrate commitment to uplifting processes and controls ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Bespoke customer outcomes
- Proactively monitor risk and assurance activities, operating within agreed risk and addressing non-compliance promptly
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships acting as a key point of contact for both internal and external partners
- Coach, mentor and motivate colleagues to enhance skills promote teamwork and embed best practises
- Oversee and influence change ensuring frameworks are followed
- Oversee the team to ensure completion of daily weekly and monthly activities
- Undertake resource planning leveraging tools such as control IQ
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Strong stakeholder engagement
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Finance/Business/Commence/Accounting or similar
- Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA) accreditation desirable
