Senior Consultant, Growth & Retention - Melbourne or Sydney

As a Senior Consultant, Growth and Retention you will be joining the Business Lending Products team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Build the strategy and roadmap for growth and retention initiatives aligned with Working Capital financing products and Bank Guarantees.
- Engage across the end-to-end banking value chain to ensure strategy aligns to key customer needs and supports our colleagues’ ability to meet them.
- Assess and keep abreast of economic and political themes, industry trends, competitor capability – work with stakeholders and subject matter product experts to formulate practical, long term strategic solutions and recommendations.
- Create and continually understand the competitive landscape and market gaps to ensure strategy is relevant and priorities are focussed to deliver objectives.
- Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, drive and track banker / customer adoption to deliver our strategy.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive banking experience with preferred expertise and interest in strategy, execution, business lending, business / financial analysis, stakeholder management and managing initiatives.
- Applied knowledge of business banking, business lending, economic, industry and customer drivers, market trends across business lending.
- Experience with working capital lending products will be highly regarded.
- Strategic thinking & thought leadership coupled with project execution and delivery experience.
- Proven experience in delivering consistent results in a large complex business; and experience working in an agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) to influence outcomes.
