Senior Consultant, Innovation & Partnerships – Melbourne CBD

In the role of Senior Consultant, Innovation & Partnerships, you will join the B&PB Strategy & Execution team that’s doubling down on owning it.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Identify, assess and execute on business innovation and partnership opportunities that support the execution of the B&PB Strategy.
- Assess and analyse innovation trends including the external market, commercial opportunities, industry and competitor patterns and partnership themes impacting financial services.
- Support the execution of innovation and partnership opportunities that deliver step change for B&PB in terms of customer experience, productivity, increased returns and improved risk and compliance management.
- Engage across the end-to-end banking value chain to ensure innovation and partnership strategies align to key banker and customer needs.
- Translate innovation and partnership recommendations into clear and actionable initiatives, actions and long-term success measures, and obtain buy-in from relevant delivery domains and business areas.
- Partner with front-line banking teams as a key innovation and partnerships advisor.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Banking experience with expertise in innovation, third-party arrangements, contract negotiations, and commercial/financial analysis.
- Experience delivering initiatives and managing key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of commercial banking landscape, including business banking requirements, and industry trends.
- Strategic thinking and ability to contribute thought leadership.
- Advance PowerPoint and Excel skills, including presentation design and commercial analysis.
- Ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record in end-to-end project execution.
