In the role of Senior Consultant, Marketing Campaigns, you will join the Business & Private Banking team that’s doubling down on making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead delivery path on a key project including CVP development, customer contact strategy, marketing campaigns, creative, content generation and publishing.
- Lead the development of data driven, customer focused insights and targeting into actionable marketing 1:1 campaign to achieve adoption and utilisation
- Collaborate and make decisions on marketing strategy and execution with all key stakeholders and partners as required.
- Be a key enabler and champion of the unique private wealth offering and marketing ways of working.
- Ensure full compliance and governance for campaigns including budget.
- Recommend and drive campaign optimisations including reporting on key metrics.
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience in marketing and product-based campaigns, and delivery in creative/content
- Campaign delivery experience on investment/wealth/superannuation products in both ATL and BTL
- Strong creative and content skills with particular focus on copywriting, creating consistency and linkage across multiple customer segments, driving efficiencies
- Move with speed with an execution mindset and proven ability to create connect and engage with our audiences
- Takes ownership, builds relationships and uses influence internally and externally
- Ability to support project team members and provide clarity on path to execution
- Martech delivery including execution of 1:1 campaign in CRM platforms such as adobe, salesforce
- Paid, owned and earned media skills
