Support Analyst
Join our Data Platform team to support and maintain critical data platform operations. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial management of assigned assets, including tracking, reporting, and compliance with organisation policies.

In the role of Support Analyst, you will be part of our Data Platform in the Divisional Controls NAB Assist who are doubling down on owning it.
In this Support Analyst role, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the development of the Asset/Service lifecycle plan to ensure that the asset/service fits with the Groups standards and strategic direction
- Ensuring accurate financial management of assigned assets, including tracking, reporting, and compliance with organisation policies.
- Liaising with the project teams to ensure projects are scoped in accordance with asset roadmaps and strategies (including financials)
- Developing/contributing to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Troubleshooting, debug and upgrade existing systems, including participating in DR tests
- Contributing to team estimation for delivery and expectation management for scope
- Taking needs based internal process improvements (eg myID rollout across all hosted assets)
- Reviewing and update documentation for change management, test results, contract renewals, project requirements
- Proactively identify, analyse, manage and resolve risk items and executing controls
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Exposure to designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software solutions.
- Hands-on experience in support, risk management, and financial management of software assets.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is highly desirable.
- Experience with tools such as Rally to streamline processes.
- Skilled in using content management tools to organise and deliver digital assets effectively.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional technology client service.
- Adept at managing technologies, mitigating associated risks, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
