In this Consultant, Scheme & Reg Compliance role you will:
- Represent the voice of the customer & support the Technical Program delivery team, this includes interpreting the Program requirements as defined by the Schemes, Regulators and other regulatory bodies
- Participate and collaborating with key stakeholder that are accountable to deliver business outcomes at the Sub-Domain level, including customer outcomes, revenue, tech and capabilities that the episode/ service depends on
- Collaborate across NAB and ensure regulatory compliance activity is prioritised and delivered to adhere to NAB’s regulatory obligations
- End-to-end owner of schemes and regulatory change projects, including customer outcomes, revenue, tech and capabilities that the service depends on
- Ensure product information and changes/enhancements are delivered across the channels together with Product Managers this includes internal and external comms, forums, banker updates and internal product training events across all products and innovations
What you'll bring
- Exposure to International and Domestic Card Schemes
- Understand of Card Acquiring and Issuing
- Experience in identifying and articulating customer needs and interpreting complex requirements of external parties
- Experience with data driven analytics
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders to build collaborative partnerships
- Understanding of Scheme and Regulatory Compliance
- Knowledge of Agile delivery
