Business Analyst

In this Senior Business Analyst role, you will join the AI team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Responsible for capturing and grooming requirements into epics, features, user stories and dependencies in collaboration with the squads that aligns with business requirements.
  • Perform analysis (scenario, policy, customer, data, gap, change, etc) to articulate business need and solution requirements.
  • Develop process models, data models, business rules, target operating models, workflows, reporting and other required outputs.
  • Ensure the Delivery and Development teams understand the value of each user story that is being delivered at the right time.
  • Works with the Product Owner to understand, elicit, analyse, document and communicate business requirements and articulate product vision with a strong focus on value delivery.
  • Expert in translating end user / customer insights into Epics and Stories complete with Acceptance Criteria, which can easily be understood by the development team and is traceable.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst and in-depth understanding of financial products, processes and systems
  • Creativity, the ability to simplify complex processes and issues, problem solving and analysis
  • Extensive experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with HCD techniques.
  • Ability to communicate a product vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals for individual sprints
  • Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops, in a cross functional business and IT team through the discovery, development and operational usage stages of change.
  • Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
