Consultant, Communication and Engagement

In the role of Consultant, Communication and Engagement, you will join the Enablement and Transformation team at NAB that’s doubling down on customer obsession! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Help strengthen Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) value proposition – working closely with Corporate Affairs
  • Drive the celebration of key milestones “wins” to be communicated across the group
  • Draft communications to support any EDA enablement programs; including Executive Data Training program, connecting our people to the EDA strategy and prioritises
  • Develop Executive communications and manage internal programs like the “EDA Buzz”, providing strong support for change and event management initiatives.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Demonstrated experience in executive level content generation
  • Proven change management experience
  • Strong technical writing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to successfully manage large scale change initiatives
  • Enjoy working with a cross section of stakeholders to understand communication opportunities 
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills with a track record of building rapport and credibility quickly with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and develop a structured framework to effectively communicate insights and recommendations
  • A strategic mindset that cultivates innovation, leveraging insights and analysis to support a high performing business unit
