In the role of Product Owner, you will join Data and Analytics team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
In this Product owner role, you will:
- Lead on progressive elaboration (as appropriate) for experiments, pilots and broader rollout.
- Proactively identify and escalate impediments, creating a culture of transparency and an environment of safety and trust.
- Prioritise delivery that is weighted to the shortest job first and maximising return on investment and strategic alignment
- Lead, coach and develop colleagues within your squads to ensure strong commercial decision making and build high performing teams
- Manage Product risk through early detection of product and disclosure flaws, monitoring products with metrics that demonstrate consumer outcomes (including GRACE Events and Customer Complaints), and meeting the Products@NABFramework
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Experience in banking or financial services, ideally across product, risk, technical, or commercial domains with a focus on AI/ML/GenAI/datascience.
- Proven experience in product ownership, with a strong track record of delivering value in complex environments.
- Proven ability to operate within scaled agile frameworks and lead cross-functional squads.
- Deep understanding of the software and product development lifecycle, from ideation to scaled delivery.
