In the role of Manager Digital Sales Channel & Insights, you will join the Retail Banking, Personal Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession!
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Take accountability for developing and delivering the overarching Channel & Insights strategy and roadmap across NAB’s Digital Channels to drive Digital Sales penetration and growth for the Personal Banking portfolio
- Lead the design and development of strategic analytics capability that enables and enhances Digital Sales insights across the Digital Sales team and broader ecosystem
- Partner and lead across the Digital ecosystem to identify, implement & influence Customer Experience and Digital Capability improvements that drive overall Digital channel sales performance
- Generate insights based on market trends, benchmarking and performance data/analytics to inform strategic Digital Sales roadmaps and backlogs
- Act as the subject matter expert in data / analytics and Digital channels - providing stewardship, guidance and support across the Digital Sales team and ecosystem to maximise sales and customer outcomes through analytics, insights and digital capability
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Extensive experience working in a highly analytic role, specifically in Digital Sales/e Commerce functions
- Proven people leadership experience
- Experience articulating business strategy to achieve intended outcomes including shareholder, customer, colleague value – and building/executing a roadmap to deliver that strategy
- Experienced with Agile ways of working, and leading/prioritising a cross functional team to execute against a backlog and strategy
- Strong leadership, collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to build strong strategic relationships that influence outcomes at all levels and across the Enterprise
- Track record of operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large complex business
- Financial Services experience highly desirable
