Product Owner, Personalisation

  • Define, shape and execute personalisation programs in digital channels that drive sales, service and customer satisfaction goals
  • Deliver personalised experiences / conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to drive product awareness, consideration and sales / service funnel conversion
  • Work closely with NABs Group Marketing, Technology, Digital sales and Digital channels to ensure there is a coordinated approach and alignment across the enterprise

In the role of Product Owner, Personalisation, you will join the Customer and Commercial Performance Retail Banking team that’s doubling down on customer obsession! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Define and drive the experimentation roadmap for personalisation to deliver new concepts that drive strong customer engagement and conversion
  • Define the personalisation strategy and quarterly plans to ensure programs are aligned to key customer and business priorities
  • Conduct opportunity analysis using digital data and insights to identify new concepts and experiences to market
  • Manage the pipeline and backlog of programs from design to delivery and continuous optimisation and remove roadblocks, manage risks and dependencies to deliver on time and in line with program objectives and goals
  • Work with sales, product, marketing and technology to build personalisation capability to support scale and growth in delivering personalized experiences to customers
  • Support new features, products and offer launches to achieve sales, NPS and adoption targets
  • Optimisation the delivery model for personalisation to reduce time to market and efficiencies in delivery
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to identify and implement improvements to how we deliver optimisation and personalisation across our digital experience

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Strong understanding and experience working experience in digital, personalisation, data and analytics
  • Demonstrated experience in product ownership, agile practices, UX/UI and backlog management
  • Understanding of personalisation platforms and tools (such as Tealium, Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics) is highly valued
  • Building relationships & influencing stakeholders
  • Self-awareness & learning oriented with strong drive and passion for good user experiences
