Head of Advice NSW/ACT

In the role of Head of Advice NSW and ACT, you will join the Executive of JBWere and the Advice Leadership Team in guiding the business though transformational change that enable our exceptional Advisers to provide our clients quality advice.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Lead the strategic delivery and operational excellence of financial advice across NSW/ACT
  • Ensure the provision of high-quality, compliant, and client-focused advice that aligns with our values, regulatory obligations, and commercial objectives
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of advisers across NSW/ACT to drive performance and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and innovation
  • Driving growth through client engagement, adviser development, and business partnerships

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Seasoned experience in either Stockbroking, Markets or Private Wealth Management
  • Proven ability to lead and execute regional advice strategy aligned with national objectives
  • Deep understanding of client needs and ability to deliver tailored, high-quality advice solutions
  • Able to identify and drive growth opportunities and balance these with appropriate risk/compliance assessment of solutions
  • Proven experience in leading large teams and demonstrated success in coaching and developing high-performing Advice teams
  • Strong focus on ethics and governance in addition to a deep understanding of the Australian advice regulatory obligations
