As the Senior Analyst Customer Actions, you will be part of the Personal Banking team, that’s doubling down on customer obsession.
The Customer Actions team delivers data analytics and execution support for credit card campaigns, driving design, development, and measurement of campaign effectiveness across all marketing channels. Reporting to the Manager, Customer Actions, this role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, compliant, and effective.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Drive stakeholder alignment across marketing, creative, data, and technology teams.
- Apply domain knowledge in banking and credit card marketing campaigns to guide execution.
- Ensure campaigns follow governance processes, regulatory standards, and compliance obligations.
- Facilitate governance forums, approvals, and campaign decision-making.
- Maintain compliance documentation, audit trails, and transparent reporting.
- Monitor and escalate campaign risks, dependencies, and regulatory impacts.
- Manage delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Conduct data mapping, process analysis, and system impact assessments.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for platforms such as Pega, Adobe Analytics, and Databricks.
- Conduct retrospective analysis on core initiatives to determine success metrics.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in campaign delivery, project management/governance and technical business analysis (ideally consumer card related), within large corporations in financial services and/or other highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex data/marketing sets, identify trends, patterns and insights that inform decision-making and process improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the breadth of the domain and beyond to ensure reporting and insights are fit for purpose
- Proven ability in gathering and synthesising information from various data sources to extract relevant themes, supporting the creation of compelling campaigns that drive business impact and decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
