In the role of Senior Business Analyst, you will join the C&IB Transformation team that’s doubling down on owning it! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Break down complex work into clear, actionable tasks and manage the delivery backlog 

• Gather and articulate detailed requirements, including regulatory and governance needs 

• Lead the creation of high-quality artefacts—business cases, process maps, customer journeys, and work instructions 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders 

• Apply deep business and analytical knowledge to support decision-making and drive operational excellence 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Significant professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst in banking or financial services

• Proven ability to define business needs, create process maps, documenting requirements and  writing work instructions 

• Strong data analysis including the ability to undertake data mapping and data modelling 

• Strong track record in stakeholder management, communication, and change management 

• Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams and managing within regulatory environments 

• Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, science, or a related field are preferred 

• Knowledge of Corporate onboarding processes and AML/KYC compliance requirements 

• Previous experience in implementing changes across Fenergo or Fenx is desirable 

• AI literacy, including practical use of tools such as Copilot and Cursor to support business analysis activities and solution integration.
