In the role of Associate Director, you will join the Client Management & Execution team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Lead strategic planning and execution for Corporate & Institutional clients (Diversified Industrials, Agriculture, Retail)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major corporate and institutional stakeholders
- Proactively drive strategies to maximise returns on deployed capital and optimise resource allocation to deliver sustainable business growth
- Support Client Coverage in delivering sector revenue, RoE, and expense targets by driving portfolio growth initiatives, optimizing low-return relationships, and accelerating revenue generation
- Ensure strict compliance with policies, processes, and procedures by operating within defined risk parameters and formally escalating exceptions to relevant stakeholders
- Oversee portfolio management activities, including administration, facility documentation monitoring, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- A strong understanding of commercial business practices and their application to a transaction
- Advanced analytical/numerate skills and attention to detail with regards to the customer request/borrowing purpose, risk assessment, financial modelling/analysis and documentation knowledge
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate competitive markets
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Sound knowledge of Australian and global financial markets, and expertise in the applicable regulatory environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
