Director, Public Capital Syndicate

In the role of Director, you will join the Capital Markets team that’s doubling down on owning it!  

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • End-to-end management and execution of wholesale AUD bond transactions, from pricing to settlement 

  • Leadership and mentoring within the Capital Markets Origination & Distribution (CMOD) team 

  • Building trusted relationships with issuers, investors, and key internal and external stakeholders 

  • Driving strategic input into business direction and commercial agreements 

  • Championing operational excellence, risk management, and process innovation 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • A track road of experience in the financial markets industry, with a focus on debt capital markets 

  • Proven track record in syndicate, origination, or treasury roles 

  • Deep knowledge of Australian and offshore wholesale debt capital markets 

  • Demonstrated expertise in executing primary securitisation transactions and managing complex deals 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or similar, with preference for post-graduate and AFMA accreditation
