As Executive Assistant, you’ll support Executive Premier Banking and Executive Orchestration and Execution, joining a team committed to making a tangible difference for our customers while moving with speed and precision.
We’re looking for an organised, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in being a trusted partner. You’ll combine exceptional attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills to keep operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Provide high-level executive support, including complex calendar and inbox management, meeting preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, events, and expense reconciliation in line with company policies.
- Leverage digital tools and AI platforms to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and enhance productivity.
- Act as a liaison between the Group Executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Support divisional initiatives and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Manage confidential information and sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to other administrative professionals within the division.

- Strong communicator with emotional intelligence.
- Discreet, reliable, and composed under pressure.
- Confident using enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Flexipurchase) and advanced Microsoft Office tools.
