Partnership Manager, Insurance - Melbourne CBD (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

In the role of Partnership Manager, you will join the Insurance Team that’s doubling down on winning together! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Support commercial negotiations, contract variations, renewals and tenders by contributing insights, shaping strategy and ensuring favourable outcomes for our business and customers.
  • Oversee and guide partnership activities across multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage the day-to-day management of key insurance and wealth partners, ensuring strong relationships and seamless delivery.
  • Champion risk management by ensuring controls are understood, maintained and continuously improved across partnership operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold regulatory obligations and ensure decisions are well-informed.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Extensive experience working in Financial Services Product, particularly general insurance.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing tenders, renewals and/or contract variations.
  • Confident communicator with strong problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data, influence decisions and drive performance outcomes.
  • Tertiary qualification in business management, finance or related field (preferred).
