In the role of Consultant – Decision Strategy, you will join Greg Moore and the Customer Decisioning team that’s doubling down on customer obsession

In this Consultant – Decision Strategy role, you will:    

  • Designing, building and enhancing Pega decision strategies that drive personalised customer engagement.
  • Manages the development of the Pega data record (xCAR) and champions the effective use of data within decisioning.
  • Ensures the integrity of decisioning from a holistic customer perspective.
  • Trains team members in key Pega technology functionality, ensuring re-use and best practices are adopted across the team.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to clearly translate complex technical decisioning concepts into meaningful business ready insights and recommendations.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:    

  • Hands on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and its Decisioning Framework.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics and how they are effectively leveraged in communications design and decisioning.
  • Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes.
  • A passion for data driven customer experiences and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
