In the role of Consultant, Product Support, you will join the Merchant Services team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
You will operate within a small, agile team of consultants, each entrusted with leadership of a specialised area or delivery of a strategic project—such as Field Services, Stock Logistics, Escalations, General and Office Account or driving Operational Excellence across the end-to-end value chain.
Through collaborative engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, the Consultant actively seeks ways to improve process efficiency, mitigate operational risk, and uplift the customer experience—ultimately propelling the business toward operational excellence and sustained value.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Ensure a smooth execution of operational and support activities throughout the Merchant Services value chain.
- Manage end-to-end operational excellence
- Manage Field Services
- Optimise Stock Logistics
- Lead Customer Remediation events
- Manage Office/General accounts and invoicing activities
- Deliver operational initiatives and projects as required by the business
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- In-depth understanding of Financial Products, processes and systems
- Understanding of Card Acquiring, MBS/Trams and Issuing,
- Understanding of risk management and Fraud prevention
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders to build collaborative partnerships
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
- Experience with data driven analytics
- Field Services, Logistics, Stock Management
- Change Management or Project Management
