In the role of Specialist Banking Executive QLD, you will join the Specialist Banking team that’s doubling down on owning it.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Develop, lead and execute strategy for new and existing business development activities to ensure delivery of coverage area plan to protect, deepen and grow all client relationships
- Coach and lead your team to ensure they have the skills, knowledge and capability to deliver superior customer outcomes, advocacy measures and financial returns
- Lead your team to execute on business plan and sales initiatives to drive sales results
- Build TWC brand out at Business Banking Centres, ensuring united team approach in the market
- Provide professional and ethical behaviour in your actions by ensuring compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures relevant to the position
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Accomplished sales leadership skills and able to deliver strong financial results through your team
- Preference for experience in Trade and Working Capital or Business Banking
- Strategic customer relationship and operational management e.g. maximising income mix, pipeline management, prospecting and acquisition, account planning, workload planning, etc.
- Track record of building own and enterprise brand in the external market
