Consultant, NBC Designer

In the role of Consultant – NBC Designer, you will join the Customer Decisioning team that’s doubling down on customer obsession

In this Consultant – NBC Designer role, you will:    

  • Translates business ideas and concepts into always-on, multi-channel Next Best Conversations (NBCs), taking into account even-based triggers and propensity ​
  • Configure new offers, propositions, and treatments, adhering to NAB contact and channel policies in Pega Customer Decision Hub (Customer Brain)​
  • Supports ongoing portfolio and customer management to optimise contact strategies​
  • Conducts descriptive analytics to inform the design and optimisation of NBC’s​
  • Help business stakeholders project the potential value associated with a portfolio of NBC’s through analytic techniques, then track, evaluate and optimise​
  • Deliver quality outcomes that balance effective risk management with speed to market​

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:    

  • Hands on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub and its Decisioning Framework.
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics and how they are effectively leveraged in communications design and decisioning.
  • Team player and proven ability to collaborate and achieve effective outcomes.
  • A passion for data driven customer experiences and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline
  • Proven experience as a data/marketing analyst in complex business settings, ideally financial services​.
