Head Of Product Emerging Technologies

Each day, you will work closely with the Executive team to go above and beyond to: 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Generative AI and Media Innovation, aligning with the overall business objectives and marketing goals. 

  • Innovation and Development: Lead the ideation, development, and deployment of innovative AI-driven marketing solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and deliver measurable value. 

  • Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to enhance marketing performance through AI and media innovations, focusing on increasing productivity and reducing costs. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Domain Marketing, Technology, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and implementation of AI solutions. 

  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product development and strategic decisions. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on product vision and objectives. 

  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. 

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. 

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of AI-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with business goals and drive innovation. 

  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and media technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. 

  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals. 

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 

  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences. 

  • Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  

  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on emerging technologies, AI, and media innovation. 

  • Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. 

  • Marketing Technology: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing AI-driven marketing solutions that enhance performance and reduce costs. 

  • Innovation: Proven ability to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends and technological advancements.
