As the Head of Growth HICAPS, you will be part of the senior leadership team in the Business Transactional Banking team, a team that is doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Establish and execute on Growth opportunities across multiple segments and verticals within the Healthcare industry
- Lead the development HICAPS Growth Strategy to increase revenue in potential addressable markets, working in partnership with Product teams to drive realisation of opportunities for revenue growth
- Partner with new and existing customers to identify opportunities to grow revenue and convert target opportunities into realised revenue and customer growth
- Grow and support strategic relationships with multiple external partners and customers, including providers, health insurers, schemes, and other external partners to identify revenue opportunities and solve potential revenue risks
- Ensure all supporting teams have clarity across all growth target areas and initiatives which impact operational volume
- Leverage and activate NAB networks to increase HICAPS revenue with existing NAB customers
- Lead a high performing team to achieve Growth related targets for HICAPS
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar senior leadership Sales, Distribution and Go to Market role within Financial Services coupled with proven knowledge of Business Transactional Banking products.
- Extensive experience in strategy, commercial and/or consultancy with proven ability to lead high performing sales, customer relationship management and marketing teams to achieve outcomes.
- Extensive experience operating effectively and delivering consistent results in a large, complex organisation.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience in particular building and leading high performing teams to meet performance targets and key deliverables.
- Proven analytical skills and be an evidence-based decision maker who is a strategic thinker that drives customer centricity.
- Sophisticated influencing skills to shape outcomes and achieve strategic initiatives.
