As the Consultant, Research & Insights you will join the Research & Insights team that’s doubling down on shaping our marketing strategy through powerful consumer insights, ensuring the voice of the consumer influences decision-making across the organisation.  

 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:  

  • Manage and deliver brand health and performance tracking and dashboards. 

  • Analyse data from various sources to identify opportunities and trends for our marketers to address. 

  • Translate research and insight findings into clear, concise and compelling presentations that are easily understood and actioned. 

  • Champion the Voice of Consumer across marketing and key business units, contributing to marketing plans and CVP development. Regularly publish key consumer insights and trends. 

  • Support the innovation of research methodologies, reporting and use of Ai for the research and insights.  

  • Own, manage and optimise external research agency partnerships, ensuring procurement and risk processes are followed. 

 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Previous experience in market research and/or consumer insights role for major brands.  

  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques, including statistical analysis and data visualisation tools. 

  • Expertise in brand performance measurement frameworks, demonstrating understanding of brand health and performance tracking. 

  • Proven ability to integrate desktop research with other data sources.  

  • Proven ability to interpret data and translate into consumer insights supporting development of actionable strategies and plans 

  • Strong project management skills with experience prioritising business needs.
