Director, Fixed Income Sales (Credit)

In the role of Director, you will join our C&IB Markets team that’s doubling down on owning it!  

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage and execute institutional clients’ fixed income and hedging needs, with a focus on credit products 

  • Drive direct client interaction and end-to-end deal execution 

  • Develop and implement strategies for client retention and wallet growth 

  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and pursue strategic opportunities 

  • Contribute to a team-oriented culture, coaching and developing junior colleagues 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Extensive active experience in financial markets 

  • Proven track record in executing client solutions for credit products 

  • Strong knowledge of global regulatory environments and market trends 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and build lasting client relationships 

  • Tertiary qualification in finance or business; relevant industry accreditation preferred
