Associate Director, Climate Reporting

As an Associate Director, you will join the Group Finance team that’s focused on winning together.

In this Associate Director role, you will

  • Lead the delivery of the Group’s Climate Report and related disclosures, ensuring compliance with ASRS, the Corporations Act 2001, and other applicable regulations.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Group sustainability reporting policies, measurement frameworks, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage end-to-end reporting processes: data collection, validation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Drive the Group’s ASRS materiality assessment process and oversee Board and sub-committee updates on Climate Reporting.
  • Monitor global regulatory developments and assess their impact on the Group.
  • Build internal capability through training, guidance materials, and uplift initiatives.

What you will bring

  • Proven years of experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, sustainability reporting, risk or finance roles.
  • Audit experience (at an audit firm or as part of an industry role) and/or expertise in managing external assurance.
  • Ability to establish reporting policies, frameworks, and internal controls.
  • Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments, apply a practical approach to resolving issues and be adaptable to change.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Tertiary qualified (Accounting, Finance, Sustainability or a related field) along with CA/CPA qualified.
