In the role of HR Business Partner, you will join the Personal Bank P&C team that’s doubling down on customer obsession and moving with speed.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Deliver business outcomes and the Colleague Strategy within your portfolio
- Move with speed to provide advice on people solutions, deliver annual cyclical initiatives, and use data and insights to prioritise key actions to deliver value to the business
- Provide advisory services including talent, succession, inclusion & diversity, leadership, culture, performance, reward, engagement
- Provide feedback and continuous improvement input to the People & Culture Centres of Expertise and particularly opportunities in the People Advisory function to ensure we win together
- We’re open to this role being based in Melbourne or Sydney (hybrid)
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven depth as a Human Resources generalist, with experience partnering in a large, complex corporate environment
- Experience in Banking or Financial Services highly regarded – particularly in Personal/Retail Banking
- Strong influencing and coaching capability, with the confidence to advise senior leaders using data, insight and sound judgement
- A track record of success in matrixed organisations, navigating complexity with clarity and pace
- Strategic, enterprise mindset, able to translate people strategy into practical, value-adding outcomes ‑adding outcomes
- Strong delivery orientation, equally effective working autonomously or collaboratively as part of a high-performing team‑performing team
