Each day you will go above and beyond to:
- Provide seamless support in an accurate and timely manner
- Proactive diary management and office administrative requirements
- Complex and detailed travel arrangements
- Partner and understand the Executive priorities ensuring they are prepared for meetings, conferences, and functions.
- Attend meetings, as directed, and take/manage actions where appropriate.
- Manage the onboarding / offboarding of executive’s direct report
- Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through either personally handling enquiries or delegating them to appropriate person.
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Exceptional organisational skills, keen eye for detail and people-centric approach
- Able to work autonomously and proactively prioritise workload
- Advanced administration skills and an expert in Microsoft Office suite
- An effective influencer with an ability to build trust with key stakeholders
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly.
- Exceptional experience supporting at Senior Executive level.
