Manager, Operational Resilience (12month contract)

In the role of Manager Operational Resilience you will join the T&EO Risk & Governance team that’s doubling down on Owning it.  

Each day, you will go above and beyond to: 

  • Lead CPS230 regulatory obligation reviews, coordinating inputs from obligation owners,  

  • Strengthen control frameworks  

  • Monitor and escalate compliance risks, including tracking ‘Not Effective’ obligations, overseeing remediation progress, reviewing dashboard insights, and elevating issues or delays through appropriate governance forums. 

  • Coordinate responses to internal and external assurance, supporting audit and regulatory reviews, overseeing remediation of findings, and ensuring timely, accurate content is provided to senior governance bodies. 

  • Prepare highquality reporting for executive and board audiences, producing CPS230 updates, attestations, and insights that support effective decisionmaking and demonstrate strong operational resilience oversight 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:  

  • Demonstrated professional experience in Financial Services with a background in risk management, compliance and/or controls. 

  • Prior work experience in either 1st or 2nd Line Risk Management or Compliance 

  • Prior experience managing compliance against Prudential Regulations in Financial Services 

  • Prior work experience embedding new or uplifted change in cross-divisional teams 

  • Excellent collaboration across a broad range of functions 

  • Outcomes-focused with exceptional attention to detail 

  • Customer-obsessed with a continuous improvement mindset
