Consultant Creative Content Development

In the role of Consultant, Creative Content Development, you will join the Personal Banking Marketing team that’s doubling down on moving with speed and keeping it simple.
Each day you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Ensuring the successful production of content and creative assets within the squad and the creative outputs of partners including 3rd party creative agencies
- Developing copy for customer communications
- Improve the capability of creative/content development resources, whilst maintaining adherence to NAB Group branding guidelines
- Maintain and drive relationships with third-party business partners
- Contribute to the reporting and optimisation of creative and content programs
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).
We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in marketing campaign execution, ideally gained within Banking & Finance/Agency/Large Corporate and/or similar related role and environment
- Outstanding time management, confidently able navigate multiple competing priorities with sensitivity to deliverables
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with influence to guide, negotiate and ensure a consistent, professional experience
- Agile delivery experience, able to work collaboratively across the team and engage relevant teams to coordinate delivery
