Senior Associate, Fixed Income Sales (Rates)

In the role of Senior Associate, you will join our C&IB Markets team that’s doubling down on owning it! 

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

  • Manage and execute NAB’s institutional clients’ fixed income and rates investment needs 

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on tailored solutions 

  • Collaborate with trading, research, and coverage teams to deliver the C&IB strategy 

  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the rates sales team 

  • Ensure compliance, manage risk, and deliver positive outcomes for clients and colleagues 

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

  • Experience in financial markets, with a focus on rates products 

  • Proven track record in executing primary and secondary fixed income and rates derivatives 

  • Strong understanding of global regulatory environments and market trends 

  • Exceptional relationship management and customer engagement skills 

  • Tertiary qualification in finance or business; relevant industry accreditation preferred
